Who this is

50% of the supply sits in a wallet only the X account @chrisries can unlock; the team has no access to it.

What Birdie's vault is

A wallet, 0x1A0b4F2dF74431f21838f96C7558449a6c9A630D, created through Privy and bound to the X account @chrisries (user id 3159752497) before the token existed. The aka.fun launcher sends 50% of the supply to it in the deployment transaction. Only that X account, signing in on this site, can control it. The team has never held and cannot obtain its key. If it is never claimed, the tokens never move. Anyone can verify the balance and that nothing has left: ArcScan.

Custody of an unclaimed wallet rests with Privy's infrastructure (TEE-based key shards). If Privy ceased to exist before the wallet was claimed, the tokens would be unrecoverable — by anyone.

Who gets what

Supply 1,000,000,000, fixed. 50% seeded as one-sided Uniswap v4 liquidity by the launcher; the LP position is burned. 50% to Birdie's vault. 0% to the team.

Every swap pays a 2% fee set by aka.fun's hook, split by the launchpad between creator, community drop, referral, RWA treasury and platform. The creator share goes to the wallet that deployed the token — that is the team's income. The team may also buy and sell $BIRDIE on the open market like anyone else.

Risks

This is a memecoin. It can lose all value. Liquidity is thin at launch and price impact is large. aka.fun's contracts are the launchpad's, not ours, and are unaudited as far as we know. Nothing on this site is investment advice. Don't buy what you can't afford to lose.
